The billions upon billions of dollars generated through Operation Warp Speed are apparently not enough for Moderna, which is now suing Pfizer and BioNTech SE for even more money, claiming the two companies infringed on its mRNA (messenger RNA) patents.
Filed in the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts – Moderna is also suing Pfizer and BioNTech in Germany as well – the suit seeks unspecified monetary damages for alleged patent infringement with the Pfizer-BioNTech “Comirnaty” injection, which supposedly contains mRNA ingredients ripped off from Moderna.
According to Moderna, which is based in Cambridge, Mass., Pfizer and BioNTech copied without permission mRNA technology that Moderna says it held patents on from 2010 to 2016. The technology covered by these patents is contained in Moderna’s “Spikevax” jab.
Moderna says it does not want the Pfizer-BioNTech jab to be pulled from the market. Instead, Moderna wants a cut of Pfizer and BioNTech’s profits starting from March 8 of this year.
“Early in the Covid crisis, Moderna promised not to enforce its intellectual property during the pandemic, but on March 7 it modified that pledge to apply only to lower-income countries, essentially making this litigation possible,” reports explain. (Related: Pfizer and Moderna both have former FDA commissioners in their ranks.)
Last year alone, Pfizer raked in $37 billion in sales from Comirnaty while Moderna generated only about $18 billion. This disparity is upsetting to Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel, who wants more money in his own pocket.
“We are filing these lawsuits to protect the innovative mRNA technology platform that we pioneered, invested billions of dollars in creating, and patented during the decade preceding the Covid-19 pandemic,” Bancel stated.
Slated to become the largest and most significant lawsuit in the pharmaceutical industry, Moderna’s demand for more cash is unsurprising since everything associated with pharmaceuticals and vaccines is about cash, cash and more cash – and never about health.
It has always been about the money – and depopulation – and Moderna is not even ashamed in the slightest to show its cards. Bancel and other company executives want more piles of the paper god shoveled their way by the courts because the billions that were already grifted are simply not enough.
There is actually another lawsuit brewing against both Moderna and Pfizer, alleging that the two companies stole a lipid nanoparticle technology from Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and used it in their Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) witch’s brew injections.
Then we have the legal dispute between Moderna and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the latter of which says its scientists should be listed as inventors on the Moderna jab.
All this infighting within the pharmakeia (i.e., witchcraft) industry illustrates once again that the god of drugs is money. And money is the only thing pharmaceutical drug dealers seem to care about.
“Suing over who gets to profit the most from causing deaths and injuries to others,” wrote a commenter about Moderna’s claim against Pfizer and BioNTech.
“Moderna went from a pre-plandemic failed company on the bones of its a** to pursuing a business model purely dependent on death jabs and suing death jab proliferators and co-conspirators,” wrote another. “What’s next Moderna?”
“Yes, it’s too bad for Moderna that a ‘virus’ was released that they already had a vaccine for,” joked another about how obvious this pre-planned grift truly is. “Terrible turn of events.”
“John Wayne Gacy is suing Ted Bundy,” joked yet another, comparing Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech to two serial killers fighting each other over who deserves the most profit for their crimes.
